Affordable housing options for my parents

When I was young, what I want was to give some Affordable Housing Options for my parents. But I was not granted with much wealth right after finding a job. My salary when I was working wasn’t even enough. But I was glad right after several years of being married, I was able to give a Land Sale Contract property to them. Though, it’s not solely owned by me because my sister was also paying for it. I was not bothered also if that property was not under my name. What matters to me was that my parents and siblings will have a place which they can call their own.
