One of my favorite blog last year is lolble dot com. I do love that blog since it’s informative. It even guided me with domain parking and everything. But I was sad that for several days I wasn’t able to see lolble’s blog. And it’s just tonight that I am able to open it and I’m shocked with the first post and the Kubrick theme.

My sympathy is for lolble since I too experienced blog deletion way back May of 2008. And that leads me to hosting all my sites. Anyway, I’m hoping that lolble will be back soon since I do love that site. I miss all of lolble’s informative articles.

After experiencing blog deletions, I tried to learn about web hosting. Glad to purchase my first web hosting with blue host (BH). Gosh, they are one of the best. Their buttons are easy to use and navigate.

When I’ve decided to purchase a domain in which I’m the second owner, I am having a hard time hosting it with BH since they are tight with domain ownership and they are asking me a particular username and password since that domain is still an add-on from another hosting which I didn’t know. Too bad! I should have checked it first before purchasing that domain. Anyway, since I already purchased it and I am having a hard time making it as a blog, I need to make another step. I asked the company on where I bought and I even give them a screen shot from my hosting about the situation and their answer is that they are only selling it. If they didn’t know that it’s still an add-on from another hosting, I also didn’t know about since I’m only a customer. Well, I just wanted to know the reason since that particular hosting is not a small one and I’m afraid that I’ll be in trouble with that domain. Thanks God I’m not in trouble since it’s an expiring domain and thus it’s for sale in the market or for total deletion when it’s not being purchased.

So, I told my friend about my experience and she said everything will be fine. She also said that she will ask one of our friends to host for it. But I want to have my own since I need to customize my themes. Well, there is no other thing that comes into my mind that time but to purchase another hosting. I paid around 40 something bucks for my 2nd hosting plus the domain privacy of 8 bucks plus. I tried to read more on that particular site of which I will not mention since I don’t like their system. He-he-he! I tried to purchase another privacy thing and like business registration thingy in which I didn’t use it for I don’t have any business to register for I’m only a small blogger.

When I finished paying, my blog is up after they set up my hosting. It’s okay for me that I need to wait for several hours for I learn some lessons. But, you know what? I wasn’t able to gain back my investment from it the way I expected it.

You want to know the result? I just used that blog in importing my files from the 3 blogs I have made with the other blogging platform. That time, the version of that blog is still 2.6.1, so it’s easy for me to import files. Thus, my conclusion is that domain is not meant for paid blogging. God gave it to me to save my other blogs. Well, I can’t used my domains under my BH hosting since I already upgraded it with the newer version in which it will not import files from that blogging platform.

So, all in all, I don’t have any regrets of purchasing that domain, with the domain privacies along with the web hosting and other things since it saved not just one blog but three blogs that I have. And that’s one of the most unforgettable experiences I have online. I’m thankful that I experienced it for it gives me some knowledge about web hosting and the like.

Thanks for the comment about my previous post. But I’m not whining about my page rank. I’m just hoping and praying that I will still receive something from the articles I made last December.

With page ranks, I’ve been observing about that since I started blogging. And if you will ask me how many blogs I made for myself, for my friends and relatives, gosh, I will not tell since it’s kind of boasting or spamming thing. As what I’ve said, there is no stable pr when it comes to blogs. Not less they will change the system. But as what I observed, whether blog sites have relevant contents, few contents, without content, if they will give page ranks, that sites will have page ranks of its own. I will not dig further of my experiences since it’s not good to reveal it. It’s just my friends and relatives whom I’ve given domains and sub domains knew about it and I guess, also the system.

And going back to my page rank here, again, I’m not whining or complaining. In fact, I’m happy that for several months, I’m enjoying it. At least, I have something to renew my domain and my hosting. Anyway, for me my previous PR3 seems like a gift from God. Why? My site is not worth it for my posts are mostly about my personal life.

Anyway, I’m just hoping I will still receive something out of all my effort in trying to make those articles quite readable enough. Or is it?

I know I still have my page rank last December during the time I made all my tasks. I have Page Rank Tool Bar installed in my browsers long time ago. So, before making anything every day, I will check my page rank/s first thing on each blog that I have.

Hope others will still consider the reality that this January I don’t have the PR anymore. Well, holding my PR is beyond my control. And sad to know that when talking about blogs, there are no stable page ranks. Not unless there is no paid post for there are some personal blogs without paid post that still has their page ranks mostly the photo blogs, like they still hold their page ranks of 4 or even 5 for years. But with blogs with paid links, there are no stable PRs.

As what I observe with page ranks, the one that has stable PR are all websites. But, when you will talk about blogs with paid articles, there is no stable page ranks with it. I guess they hate blogs with paid things.

Well, I don’t have any negative things for PR or whatever. Instead, I’m so thankful that for several months, I enjoyed the page ranks. With it, Big G helped me a lot. All in all, I’m praying that they will continue in giving page ranks to all blogs worldwide since they are helping millions of people from across the globe. Hope they will be blessed with all the things so that they will still continue in giving and sharing gifts to all, mostly the stay at home parents.

Anyway, going back to my previous PR, hope they will still consider all the articles I made last December since that time I still have my PR3.

This is what my husband gave to me before Christmas. It’s a digital photo frame. I am wondering during that day that he’s home so late. And when he is home, he asked for a gift wrapper and I said it’s in the room. I asked why, he said just nothing. When I’m about to get inside the room, he said, not to come in since he has something for me and that he needs to wrap it. No choice but to wait with excitement.
Anyway, I am not using this for now since my baby loves to play with it. I guess baby is thinking this is a toy with a remote. The best thing to do is just put this aside for now that baby loves to have everything including this. Guess, its’ one best ways to prevent this from being destroyed before its being used.
