My Pancit – so YUMMY :)
This is the PANCIT I cooked last the 24th and I’m able to take a photo last 25th. I cooked one skillet and it’s kind of plenty. I shared it with my husband but he didn’t eat it. He just threw it away despite of the yummy taste. Well, it’s not the food that he likes, that’s why. Wish he just put it on the counter and spare it for me. Oh well, I’ll just try to cook the remaining PANCIT later and I will not mix any meat. For in this one, I mixed this with the steak that my husband doesn’t want to cook since he said he can’t chew. So, I cooked it and mixed it here and this is the result. And this is my simple ingredients for this PANCIT: PANCIT; oil; Silver Swan Soy Sauce; lots of onions & garlic (I just love spices a lot); beef (the uncooked steak), red bell pepper, carrots, cabbage & onion leaf (for garnishing) and lemon (to be mix on the plate before eating). I should have mixed other ingredients which my Lola used to have at home but so sad that I don’t have it. So, I’m just cooking the ingredients that were available in our fridge.
