I was having a hard time sending financial support for my family the other day. My transaction with moneygram.com was declined not just once but five times. I was so depressed for I need to send the money as early as possible for it’s the birthday of my mother by 4th of October. The reason for the declined transaction is I need to contact my financial provider which is PayPal. I tried contacting them through online support and e-mail but I am not able to get through. So my options in sending is either ask my friend in Aurora, CO to do it for me because she knows how to drive and she can send it through moneygram.com agent in the mall; OR my baby & I will walk more than 1 hour to Kmart, withdraw some money there using my PayPal debit card and send the money with the near moneygram.com agent. I was confused REALLY!

Until early morning yesterday, no choice but I called up PayPal and asked them why I can’t process my transaction with moneygram.com. The first who answered is a woman but it’s not the right department. So, she transferred me to another department who can help me with my problem. The one who answered me is a guy named Clarence if I remembered it correctly. I asked him that I’m using PayPal debit card since March of this year and I’m wondering why my transactions for this month are declined. He said there is nothing wrong with my account. What he did is just reset my account and after several minutes, he said that it’s okay and that I can use it again.

And after hearing those words, I said thanks to him and proceeded to sending money for my family. In less than 5 minutes my transaction is okay for I am using LBC ATM Load. Whew! I’m so happy that I’m able to share my blessings to my family again. And not just for my family but I shared it also with my two grandmothers.

Tonight, I called up my mother and she’s so happy about it for she’s able to buy things that she needs for her birthday. Also, she said that my Lola (her mother) is happy too. And I guess proud as well. He-he-he! They are old and they deserve just a little support. With my other Lola (father-side), she will be receiving it this date since it’s day time in Ph and that my father will be there to give it to her.

I’m hoping and wishing that I’ll be able to share financial things again next month and in the coming months. Hope God will bless me great things so that I can share more.
